Returns

We offer hassle-free returns for products returned undamaged within 14 days of purchase. We hope you're delighted with your display case, but if you have any concerns, please contact us first so we can help resolve the issue.

If you decide to return your product for a full refund, please use a tracked courier service and send it to:

We typically process refunds within 2-3 days of receiving your return. Please note: if you've added a personalised plaque, the product cost will be refunded but the plaque cost is non-refundable.

Damages

Please report any damage within 24 hours of delivery.

Our display cases are fragile, and occasionally courier damage occurs. The good news is we can usually resolve damage issues quickly without needing you to return the product.

If your case arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged parts
  2. Email them to qube@dreamkeepers.co.uk within 24 hours
  3. We'll send replacement parts – no need to return the damaged components

Reporting damage within 24 hours allows us to file claims with our shipping partners and get replacements to you as quickly as possible. Every Dream Keepers case is fully insured during transit.
